Our History
Our founder, Mike Perez, gained much of his experience working for a commercial construction company in the 1980’s, building restaurants and retail spaces. High Point Builders was founded in 2001 by Mike, giving him over 40 years of construction experience.
Mike believes that communication with clients is the most important part of the construction process. We pride ourselves in being upfront and transparent throughout the build so that we minimize surprises and relieve the stress for our clients. We self perform many of the trades needed and have long lasting relationships with well established subcontractors which increases the likelihood of completing projects on time.

Our employees have been with us for many years, they are treated well and with respect. We pay our employees well and provide support where needed. Our employees have many years of construction experience and are aware of our clients needs, our employees realize that they are working for our clients.
